Refund Policy

We offer a 3-day refund policy for all refurbished laptops purchased from DealFixx. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

• The refund request is made within 3 days of purchase.
• The laptop must be in its original condition without any physical damage, scratches, or alterations.
• All original accessories and packaging must be returned along with the laptop.

Refund requests that do not meet the above conditions will not be honored. Once the laptop is inspected and the refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Warranty Policy

All refurbished laptops come with a 1-month warranty, which begins from the date of purchase. This warranty covers service-related issues such as hardware malfunctions or software defects that arise during normal use. The following conditions apply:

• Physical damage, liquid damage, or damage caused by misuse is not covered under warranty.
• Warranty claims must be made within the 1-month period. Extensions to the warranty are not available.
• Proof of purchase is required to validate any warranty claims.

Our technical team will assess the laptop to determine if the issue qualifies for warranty coverage. Repairs or replacements will be offered based on our findings.
